All versions use the day-ahead/EPEX price. With Smartbox Regular and Pro, balancing markets such as FCR and aFRR are served via 10+ connected aggregators.
Sure. With Smartbox Regular and Pro we monitor location and assets 24/7 (proactive monitoring) and resolve malfunctions remotely, with escalation via email. Thanks to our short lines, we can respond quickly and, if necessary, also help on location.
Yes. The Smartbox Portal offers your customers real-time insight into their revenues, consumption and savings. In addition, they see profit forecasts and performance can be easily compared.
